What does it include?

Our highly organised approach gives you peace of mind that your tasks will be completed in a timely manner.

Community Nursing care offers you:

1. Visiting nurses – pre hospital and post hospital assistance

2. Medication assistance- administration & supervision

3. Catheter care- Supra pubic catheter or indwelling catheter

4. Tube feeding assistance- assistance with PEG feeding & cleaning equipment

5. Palliative support- supporting persons nursing loved ones at home

6. Wound care- management of acute and chronic wounds in conjunction with medical professionals

7. Basic stoma care- changing of bags and skin care with referral to Stoma Therapist & GP if required

8. Monitoring of vital signs- BP, P, O2 levels, T & pulse

9. Welfare checks Personal care and high intensity personal care by nurses- assistance with transfers, toileting, showering, drying, dressing, hair, makeup and shaving.

Household tasks- sweeping, mopping or vacuuming to provide a clean, uncluttered home providing a safer environment. We would love to hear from you and discuss how we can support you.
